Which One is Naomi?

Naomi and her classmates have been working on Chinese dragon masks in art, and today they held a parade through the halls.

Awana Drive-in

Naomi and Johnathan were so excited for the Awana Drive-in Movie Night.  They each got a box to design and turn into a car.  Naomi chose a parade float.  We had a good hour of "bonding" time sticking hundreds of tissue paper flowers to her car, which she accessorized with a crown and sash.

 Johnathan wanted a zoo car with cheetah spots.  He helped paint the spots and stuck animal stickers all over it.

 At dinner that night, Daddy decided that Ezra needed a car, too.  So he created EZ Rider!

They lined up with all the other Cubbies and Sparks, munched popcorn, and watched Veggie Tales.  What fun!

How I Keep My Sink Shiny

Flylady.net has great housework tips.  One of my favorite is to clear out your sink and shine it, because a clean sink may just give you the fortitude to tackle the rest of the kitchen.  And a clean kitchen is more likely to encourage you to clean the rest of the house.   I follow this advice every evening by employing my favorite sink scrubber:

 

He goes right to work removing all the water from the sink and spreading it across the counters, floor, backsplash, and window.  Then I wipe it up and feel like I have a whole new kitchen!  However, I must admit, after wrestling this guy and his two older partners in crime into bed, I rarely have energy to do any more cleaning in the rest of the house like flylady.net suggests!

The Yummiest Field Trip

Johnathan, Ezra and I took a very tasty field trip to Double Daves Pizza.  We learned about kitchen safety, toured the kitchens, and got to make our own pizzas... and eat them, of course!

One of the employees was a very skilled pizza dough tosser, too.  He tossed and flipped a round of dough that was over two feet in diameter.

IncrediBoaz Family Saves the Zoo!

They seem like an ordinary family.  But little did the visitors to the Cameron Park Zoo know they would be rescued that very day by.......

The IncrediBoaz Family!!!! And Grandma, who got to visit them for spring break. 

The day started out tranquilly, enjoying the blooming trees and animals. 

Until Naomi heard a scream coming from the woodland playground.  Gasp!  A huge, mutant snake was loose!

 Naomi nimbly sprung on its head and vanquished the snake.  The playground was safe once more.  Until...

"Help, help!" Johnathan heard down the trail.  He burst into super-speed and reached the jaguar enclosure in a split second.  The jaguar was prowling around some little kids were afraid he would get them!  

Never fear!  Johnathan's glass-like force field will keep everyone safe!

Just then, roars erupted from the lion's den.  What now?

 They raced to the lion's den and just like that, everything was calm.  What happened?

 Ahh, Ezra employed his super-power of supreme cuteness.  One look at this face and even the baddest bad guy melts!

Just another day for the IncrediBoaz's, and their loyal sidekick Grandma!
