Nine Months

Our cutie is pretty proud of herself at nine months old because she has figured out how to crawl and pull up on furniture.  Look out, siblings!  Your stuff is no longer safe!  Abby's spends her days chewing on things to help her cope with the teeth she's cutting on top, taking two naps, perfecting her crawling technique, and looking for little things to put in her mouth.

Medieval Feast

 

To cap off learning about the Middle Ages, we had a Medieval feast.  We were graced by the company of two fearless knights, a princess, and her baby-in-waiting. 

 

Though our feast was pretty simple compared to the real ones, we had fun eating roasted Cornish game hen, venison sausage, and roasted vegetables eaten on trenchers (bread plates) with no utensils, and ale (ginger, that is!).
